Incorporation of Companies and LLP/OPC

Filing of Annual Returns and other Compliances of ROC

The regulatory authority for patents is the Patent Registrar under the office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks. Patents are valid for 20 years from the date of filing an application, subject to an annual renewal fee.
